How do I receive transaction status updates?

PayCloud will send callback notifications to the Callback URL you registered in the dashboard.


Why am I not receiving callbacks on my server?

Ensure that:

  • Your Callback URL is active and publicly accessible
  • Your server does not block PayCloud’s IP requests
  • Signature validation is correctly implemented

What should I do if a transaction fails?

Check the API response and callback message. For further assistance, contact PayCloud Support.
