How do I receive transaction status updates?
PayCloud will send callback notifications to the Callback URL you registered in the dashboard.
Why am I not receiving callbacks on my server?
Ensure that:
- Your Callback URL is active and publicly accessible
- Your server does not block PayCloud’s IP requests
- Signature validation is correctly implemented
