New Merchant
Before integrating with PayCloud, please ensure that the following prerequisites are completed:
1. Register for a PayCloud Merchant Account
PayCloud provides a single Production environment for all merchants. After completing the registration process, the system will automatically redirect you to the Onboarding page. Once your onboarding submission has been approved, you can proceed with the integration process.
2. Prepare Your Integration Credentials
Before integrating with PayCloud, merchants are required to prepare the following information:
- API Callback Notification, used to receive transaction status updates.
- Public Key, used to verify the data sent by the merchant.
- Private Key, used to generate the merchant signature. The private key is confidential and must be kept securely by the merchant. Any disclosure or leakage of the private key is not the responsibility of PayCloud.
3. Configure Callback
If your application requires a callback or redirection after a transaction process, you can configure it in System Settings menu.
This ensures that customers or systems are properly redirected once the payment or request process is completed.
